“In 2013 Dan gave me an honest quote to do the roof on my 1970’s Squamish Valleycliff house. He removed my old roof and plywood sheeting and replaced it with new plywood, high quality membrane , and westform metals PROLOK sheet metal panels, flashings and Ridge cap all to spec . He installed all new venting, and the flashing work was excellent especially around my chimney where he also installed and shoulder flashing . He even did the soffit venting, and gable framing and fascia replacement, and put in new screws to tighten up my old gutters. 2025 now and the roof still looks new and hasn’t leaked!
